How it will work

  1. Inventory by size

    How many 10s, 15s, 20s, 30s and 40s are in the yard vs out today.

  2. Days on site

    Every can on a map and a list with its age; aging past the rental period turns red.

  3. Extra-day billing

    Overdue days feed the invoice automatically.

  4. Utilization

    Rentals per can per month by size - the number that tells you whether to buy more 20s or stop buying 40s.

  5. Optional GPS

    Hardware trackers are optional; the dispatch record is the source of truth.

Do I need GPS trackers on my containers?

No. Location comes from where the driver dropped it. Trackers help with theft and with customers who move cans, but they are optional.

Can I see utilization by container size?

Yes - rentals per can per month, by size.

Does it track trailer-style dumpsters?
