How it will work

  1. Flat rental + included tons

    Each size carries its price, included tons and rental days from your price sheet.

  2. Overage from the ticket

    Driver enters ticket tons; anything over the allowance bills at your per-ton rate.

  3. Extra days from the clock

    Days on site beyond the rental period bill at your daily rate - no manual counting.

  4. Card on file

    Charge the overage at pickup instead of chasing it.

  5. QuickBooks Online

    Invoice and payment sync (planned after v1).

How other roll-off software handles this

Landfill fees are the variable you cannot control: EREF’s 2023 analysis put the US average MSW tipping fee at $56.80/ton, with regional averages from $43.18 (Southeast) to $84.44 (Northeast).
