All plans list customer management, dispatch and driver app, text messaging, billing, broker leads, a local phone number, QuickBooks Online integration, local SEO, and integrations including Mailchimp, Samsara, Verizon Connect and Dumpsters.com.
Ownership. Docket’s About page says it is “a ServiceCore company”; it lists a Denver, CO address.
What processing costs in practice. On $40,000 a month of card payments, 3.0% + 30c on (say) 70 transactions is about $1,221 a month; at 2.8% + 30c it is about $1,141. That is on top of the subscription, so ask for both numbers in writing.
When to stay
You want an all-in-one package with website, local SEO and broker leads from Dumpsters.com, and you are comfortable pricing through a demo. If that describes you, switching software is rarely worth the disruption.
